The world defines the "prime of life" very differently from the way God defines it.

What Does an Optimus Prime Life Look Like?

#1. Faithful People.

Simeon was "righteous and devout." He devoted himself to keep Looking For God.

#2 Persevering People.

Their Faith came before the Miracle; their assurance came before the Answer.

V 26, "It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not die before he had seen the Lord's Christ."

#3 Spirit-Led people.

Luke 2:25-27  Now there was a man in Jerusalem called Simeon, who was righteous and devout. He was waiting for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. 26 It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not die before he had seen the Lord's Christ. 27 Moved by the Spirit, he went into the temple courts.

They were able to be MOVED by the SPIRIT – OLD doesn't have to mean MOLD
